Now, please pay close attention: After the upgrade—which, as always, installs quickly and easily—you’ll usually take a quick look to make sure everything is working as usual and then get started on your daily work. Unfortunately, this often means you miss out on improvements, new features, or functional enhancements that can really make your work easier and save you time.

Our New Corporate Identity for Customer Communication
As you’ve probably already noticed from the introduction, we use the informal “you” here and address you directly. Treesoft is a modern company, and we don’t just talk about being customer-focused—we actually live by it. We’re on a first-name basis with many customers who have attended our seminars or used our project support services. Often, however, even customers with whom we only interact through the hotline offer to use the informal “du” form with us.
Likewise, the often very personal correspondence we receive from our customers shows us that they feel a strong connection and closeness to the Treesoft team. We are very pleased about this. We believe that texts in which we address you as if we were sitting across from each other in a face-to-face conversation are easier to read and, therefore, easier to understand.
We first implemented this new corporate identity in the presentation shown at our Top Days event. The response was consistently positive. This is the first time it’s being used online. In addition, all future documentation will be created in this style. We look forward to a close and fruitful collaboration.
