Our new CI for customer communication

As you have probably noticed from the introduction, we write in an informal style and address you directly. Treesoft is a modern company, and we don’t just talk about customer focus—we live it. We are on first-name terms with many customers who have attended our seminars or taken advantage of our project support services. Often, however, customers with whom we only have contact via the hotline also offer to address us informally.

Likewise, the often very personal correspondence we receive from our customers shows us that they feel a great sense of closeness and connection to the Treesoft team. We are very happy about this. We believe that texts in which we address you as if we were sitting across from each other in a personal conversation are easier to read and therefore easier to understand.

We first implemented this new CI in our presentation at our Top Days event. The response was overwhelmingly positive. This is now being used on the internet for the first time. In addition, all future documentation will be created in this style. We look forward to a close and productive collaboration.
