Postal code and city directory database

Treesoft CRM includes a comprehensive postal code and city directory. As soon as you start typing, you will receive suggestions for the postal code or city. These can be supplemented as desired. In addition, Treesoft CRM works with country-specific address layouts. The layout is switched depending on the selected country code.

Geodata module

Contact persons and communication details

Create custom check filters with all the mandatory criteria for your addresses. By clicking the “Check” button, you can see whether the selected address has been entered correctly or whether something has been forgotten. Missing information can thus be quickly identified and corrected.

Integrated full-text search

To quickly find the address you are looking for, Treesoft CRM provides you with a powerful and high-performance full-text search in addition to the general search functions (e.g., address, customer number). This search is freely configurable, meaning you can independently define the database fields that the full-text search should take into account. This allows you to tailor the search to your requirements.

Data import / Data export

The import and export wizards in Treesoft CRM make it easy to synchronize address data via vCard, CSV file, and ERP interface. Duplicate addresses are automatically detected and excluded during import.
