Mailings to one or more recipients

With Treesoft’s Mail Merge and Campaign Management, emails, faxes, and letters created and saved using the integrated text editor can be sent as mailings to one or more recipients. The built-in text editor is compatible with MS Word documents, RTF and HTML files, as well as other common formats. For a mail merge, the delivery method—email, letter, or fax—can be automatically determined based on the recipient’s stored data, allowing Treesoft CRM to automatically select the most optimal and cost-effective delivery method.

For emails, you can specify the sender’s address, the email subject, and any attachments; individual or bulk mailings can be automatically logged upon request; tasks and follow-up reminders can be created; and qualifications can be stored for addresses and contacts.

These comprehensive features of Treesoft’s mail merge and campaign management save you a tremendous amount of time, even with the simplest mail merges, and dramatically reduce your effort and costs. Use the wide range of search and filter functions in Treesoft CRM to select exactly the addresses—and, most importantly, the contacts—you want to reach with your marketing campaign. Even the different contact types—”Personal,” “Department,” and “Global”—are automatically taken into account.

Standard Shipping and Contact Methods

After you’ve created the text for your mailing campaign using the integrated text component in Treesoft CRM, simply create a mailing configuration, and your mailing is ready to be sent. In the mailing configuration, you specify which delivery methods (email, fax, or letter) should be used and in what order, as well as which contact types (Personal, Department, Global) should be included.

Save frequently used cover letters as favorites and send them conveniently as single or bulk mailings. You can pause a bulk mailing with just one click and resume it at any time.

Minutes, Qualifications, and Wivos’s

When sending mailings via Treesoft CRM, automatically create log entries and qualifications for the addresses to which the mailing was sent. The sent document is archived in the log entry. Follow-ups—for example, to follow up with recipients by phone—are also automatically recorded.

Mailing Campaigns Through Printing Companies

Treesoft CRM allows you to carry out your mailing campaigns in collaboration with your print shop. To do this, simply create your mailing campaign as usual and export the print files for mailing to a CSV file. Your print shop can use the CSV file to carry out the actual mailing of your campaign. Log entries, follow-ups, and qualifications are still available in Treesoft CRM.
