Mailings to one or more recipients

With Treesoft’s mail merge and campaign management, emails, faxes, and letters created and saved using the integrated text editor can be sent as mailings to one or more recipients. The integrated text editor is compatible with MS Word documents, RTF and HTML files, and other common formats. For a mail merge, the shipping method (email, letter, or fax) can be determined automatically based on the data stored for the recipient, so that Treesoft CRM automatically selects the most optimal and cost-effective shipping method.

For emails, you can define the sender address, email subject, and any file attachments. Individual or multiple mailings can be automatically logged on request, tasks and follow-ups can be created, and qualifications can be stored for addresses and contact persons.

These comprehensive features of Treesoft’s mail merge and campaign management save you a tremendous amount of time, even with the simplest mail merges, and dramatically reduce your expenses and costs. Targeted address selection

Use the diverse search and filter functions in Treesoft CRM to select exactly the addresses and, above all, the contact persons you want to reach with your marketing campaign. Even the different contact types “Personal, Department, and Global” are automatically taken into account.

Regulated shipping and contact methods

Once you have created the texts for your mailing campaign using the integrated text component in Treesoft CRM, quickly create a mailing configuration and your mailing is ready to be sent. In the mailing configuration, you specify which delivery methods (email, fax, or letter) should be used in which order and which contact types (personal, department, global) should be taken into account.

Convenient single or multiple shipments

Save frequently used cover letters as favorites and send them conveniently as single or multiple mailings. Multiple mailings can be stopped with a single mouse click and resumed at any time.

Minutes, qualifications, and Wivos’s

When sending mailings via Treesoft CRM, automatically create log entries and qualifications for the addresses to which the mailings were sent. The sent document is archived in the log entry. Follow-ups (Wivos), for example to call the addresses to which the mailings were sent, are also automatically stored.

Mailing campaigns via printing companies

Treesoft CRM offers you the option of carrying out your mailing campaigns together with your printing company. To do this, simply create your mailing campaign as usual and redirect the printouts for dispatch to a CSV file. Your printing company can use the CSV file to carry out the actual dispatch of your mailing campaign. Log entries, follow-ups, or qualifications are still available in Treesoft CRM.
