Address information, documents, and open items at a glance

With the help of the high-performance Sage Office Line interface in Treesoft CRM, you always have a clear overview of all address data, documents, and open items. With just one click, you can view the desired document. In the overview, short text 1 and 2 are displayed for each item. Check the corresponding box to display the bills of materials, long texts, and other texts directly. Switch to the Financial Accounting tab to get the overview you need of open items and lock notes. Click on an open item, and the associated document will be displayed. It’s fast and clear—exactly what users want.

High-Performance Online Access

Treesoft CRM reads data directly from Sage Office Line’s proprietary data. Neither a Sage Office Line client nor the ODBC driver is required. Documents and open items are displayed in real time. Large data volumes and networks with more than 50 workstations are no problem. In addition, address data is verified online. Treesoft CRM highlights discrepancies directly using color coding.

The Treesoft CRM – Sage Office Line integration is available for all current versions of Sage Office Line and is backward compatible down to version 3.3.

Bidirectional data synchronization

Bidirectional data synchronization of addresses and contacts (write access) is handled via Office Line’s functions. Without the user’s knowledge, Treesoft CRM logs in to Office Line as a user, writes the data record, and then logs out again. This ensures data integrity at all times. In addition, a single Office Line client is sufficient for any number of Treesoft CRM workstations.

Data Import and Duplicate Removal

Use the Treesoft CRM–Sage Office Line interface to import your customer and supplier addresses. Comprehensive comparison checks prevent duplicate addresses from being created in the first place. Both the imported addresses and those already stored in Treesoft CRM are linked to the addresses in Sage Office Line during the import process.

Multi-client capable, 1:n and 1:1

Do you manage multiple clients in Sage Office Line? No problem with the 1:n Office Line integration. A single address record from Treesoft CRM can be linked to any number of Office Line clients. Even different customer numbers for the same customer are no problem. Data synchronization is possible without any issues, even when using different versions of Office Line.
