Transparent planning and control of projects in control engineering and electrical installation technology

Keep track of ongoing and completed projects. In addition to the project participants, all project communication is handled and automatically stored in the project history, from emails and faxes to letters and phone calls. Plan your projects, create your electrical CAD circuit diagram or electrical installation plan, record the time required, and assign tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines. Increase your efficiency, as much of the information, such as addresses, materials, or services, only needs to be entered and maintained once.

Addresses

The Addresses tab is used to assign a project address and any number of additional contacts to a project. For example, the customer or construction site can be stored as the project address, and suppliers, fitters, or subcontractors can be stored as additional contacts. With just one click of the mouse, the desired contact can be opened from the project overview and called directly using the computer telephony (CTI) integrated in TreesoftOffice.org, for example.

History

The History tab contains the complete history of a project. Here you will find all phone calls, conversations, documents, and emails related to the project, regardless of which address or contact this information was saved under. History entries in TreesoftOffice.org can be linked to any addresses and projects at the same time, so that a transparent address or project history is always available and can be viewed by every employee.

dates

If you have created or linked appointments to a project, you will find them under the Appointments tab. In TreesoftOffice.org, appointments always contain all the information you need and are familiar from other applications. A “Starts on” and “Ends on” date, including time, priorities, and status, are just as much a matter of course as the display of appointments in the calendar. You can use the integrated TreesoftOffice.org Notifier to remind you of your appointments. Appointments can be linked to addresses and projects simultaneously in TreesoftOffice.org. This achieves the highest possible level of transparency.

tasks

Under the Tasks tab, you will find all tasks related to a project and can also view your completed tasks. TreesoftOffice.org allows you to manage all created tasks and associated subtasks. These can be assigned to appointments, addresses, and projects and can be displayed in calendars and lists. Target and actual values can be entered in the tasks to obtain an overview of the required and planned times. You can use the integrated TreesoftOffice.org Notifier to remind you of your tasks.
