We are always ready to help you with advice and support. That’s why we offer remote maintenance, which allows us to control your computer remotely as if we were sitting right next to you! We can quickly and easily provide the service you need via the Internet, while you watch our actions on your screen.

If a company requires the use of different remote maintenance software, we are happy to use it as long as Treesoft does not incur any costs.

Prerequisite for remote maintenance

Remote maintenance is a chargeable service and is carried out on a cost-recovery basis.

Please return the completed form for cost coverage for services, stamped with your company stamp and bearing a legally binding signature, by fax to +49 2266 4763-950 or scanned by email to support@treesoft.de.
