duplicate removal
With Treesoft Duplicate Cleanup, duplicates can be found and cleaned up both when importing addresses and subsequently in the database.
Mail merge and campaign management
With Treesoft’s mail merge and campaign management feature, you can send stored emails, faxes, and letters as mailings to one or more recipients.
computer telephony
All calls, whether incoming or outgoing, are logged and can be assigned to the log entries in address management.
ERP interface (API) to Sage New Classic and Sage Office Line
Address data, documents, and open items at a glance.
With the help of the high-performance Sage Office Line interface in Treesoft CRM, you always have all address data, documents, and open items at a glance. With just one click, you can view the desired document. The overview shows you short text one and two for each item.
Select the corresponding checkbox to directly output the parts lists, long texts, and texts. Switch to the Financial Accounting tab to obtain the desired overview of open items and blocking notes. Click on the open item and the corresponding document will be displayed. This is quick and clear, just as users would want it to be.

geo-data
The Treesoft GEO-Data module allows you to display one or more addresses on an internal map on Google Maps or in Google Earth. This allows you to geographically display your customers in a specific area or plan routes for your field staff in a matter of seconds.
With the Treesoft GEO-Data module, you can also automatically display the state associated with an address, for example, if you need to take into account different regulations for your products in each state.


qualifications
With Treesoft qualifications, you can store any additional information about addresses and contact persons. This information can be evaluated automatically and immediately and is displayed on a corresponding overview page so that only the information entered is shown.
In addition, the date of entry is displayed so that you always have a perfect overview of your addresses and contacts and know how old the information is. Individual qualifications can also be annotated, which provides enormous clarity, especially for cross-selling.


interest
Sales opportunities can be stored via the Treesoft interest function. For example, your price list can be displayed via the interest function, so that the user only has to check the products the customer is interested in. The interest can consist of materials, services, or free text. The F10 function key can be used to clearly display the interest for an address.

Statistics and evaluation
With the Treesoft statistics and evaluation module, you can evaluate and statistically process the log entries from Treesoft Office. These log entries are divided into main groups, groups, and subjects and can be customized to suit individual needs. Do you need statistics for your business decisions, or do you simply want to see the number of calls made by a specific employee, or compare them with the calls made by another employee? No problem—with the Treesoft statistics and evaluation module, you can turn your wishes into reality.





Treesoft Task and Schedule Management
Treesoft task and appointment management allows you to store follow-ups, tasks, appointments, addresses, or project-related information, as well as general information, and display them in the calendar or a corresponding overview.
A reminder function is included as a matter of course, as is the status of a task or the logging of a completed task in the customer history. In conjunction with Treesoft computer telephony, follow-ups can be edited and processed directly when calling a contact. Additional tasks or appointments can also be created directly for other employees from log entries.
User and global calendars, which can be displayed individually or in groups, can be used to map any structure. For example, it is possible to view the calendars of all technicians simultaneously in one view and thus immediately find an available appointment.

project management
Treesoft Project Management can be used to manage small and large projects as well as processes. Create projects with different headings and define your projects using a project declaration. Different addresses, contacts, and log entries can be assigned to a project.
In conjunction with Treesoft task and appointment management, tasks and appointments can also be assigned to a project. Keep track of your projects at all times with project status and assigned tasks. The integrated file explorer provides direct access to any files in your project directory.
If you still organize your projects using directories on your hard drive or manage the tasks for a project in an MS Excel list, for example, you should definitely start using Treesoft project management. Existing project structures can be imported in this case, giving you direct access to your projects and allowing you to manage additional tasks and set a project status.



E-file (digital file folders)
Treesoft E-File offers several electronic file folders integrated into Treesoft CRM. This allows you to create file folders for addresses, contacts, and users. You can even create file folders that span multiple users. This allows you to centrally store internal company definitions or procedural instructions, for example. Even the storage of DIN EN ISO manuals and the management of documents are drastically simplified.

Protected Email (anti-spam solution)
The Treesoft Protected Email anti-spam solution can be used for every single email address in your company and can be configured in different ways.
With Treesoft Protected Email, you will only receive emails from contacts you know. Senders you don’t know will automatically receive an auto-reply email with a link to your homepage, where the sender can enter their contact details. Once the sender has done this, all future emails will be delivered immediately and without delay.
Spam emails are now a thing of the past, and additional information from the Treesoft Qualifications module can be accessed on the homepage with a click of the mouse.
Conversion tool to ACT! or CAS Genesis World
With the conversion tool for ACT! or CAS Genesis World data transfer, Treesoft offers you the option of quickly and easily importing your ACT! or CAS Genesis World data into Treesoft CRM.
Even ACT! users are transferred 1:1. Simply install Treesoft CRM, import the conversion data, log in with your usual username, and continue working with Treesoft CRM right away. You have access to all your data as usual and benefit from the additional features that Treesoft CRM offers.
