Computer Telephony Integration (Cti) in Treesoft Crm

With Treesoft computer telephony, you can dial numbers directly from Treesoft address management. Incoming calls are signaled via a pop-up, and recognized addresses or contacts can be accessed with a click of the mouse. The data record you are currently working on remains unchanged and is not scrolled or closed. The address found is opened in a separate, additional dialog box. After editing, you can return to your original work.
Treesoft computer telephony also alerts you to missed calls and shows you the current status of the call at any time. All calls, whether incoming or outgoing, are logged and can be assigned to the log entries in the address management system. A complete evaluation of computer telephony can be created to check who made how many calls, to whom, and whether the calls were logged.
From the address dialog, you can call any contact directly by clicking on the telephone icon. The CTI interface in Treesoft CRM works with all common telephone systems and IP telephony. The only requirement is a TAPI interface.
Computer telephony in the Notifier
If you use a CTI-enabled telephone system, callers are recognized by your phone number and you can log the call directly. The log is automatically assigned to the correct address and contact person. If necessary, the entry can be corrected, for example, if you were transferred to another contact person.
Create meeting minutes
Missed a call? Click on the phone icon to initiate a callback and receive suitable suggestions for logging the call based on any reminders stored at the address. Alternatively, you can create a new history entry and log the call that way.
