Our seminars are held in small groups of up to eight participants, either in person or online. We provide you with a basic understanding of the software’s philosophy, operation, and functionality. In addition, we offer customized training sessions, which can be conducted on-site at your location or online via Remote Assistance upon request. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Treesoft CRM Customer Relationship Management

2-day startup seminar – €800.00 per person

In the Treesoft CRM introductory seminar, you will learn the basic functions for creating an address with multiple contacts and communications. We’ll show you how to use all communication functions, such as computer telephony and mailing (email, fax, and letter), as well as how to create the corresponding history entries. You can then classify addresses and contacts by assigning freely definable qualifications. Using a plug-in, you’ll learn how to customize the software to your business needs and, for example, create your own main groups/groups for addresses and log entries. The seminar also covers the powerful statistics and filter functions of Treesoft CRM.

Treesoft CRM Customer Relationship Management

2-Day Expert Seminar – €800.00 per person

The Treesoft CRM Expert Seminar focuses on the setup, customization, and configuration of Treesoft CRM and is primarily intended for individuals who will later be responsible for administering and maintaining Treesoft CRM, as well as managing marketing campaigns. This includes creating and editing mailing configurations, designing custom templates with your company’s corporate identity, and using target group filters for successful campaign management. The seminar also covers the creation of custom filters and supplementary SQL scripts and provides a detailed explanation of the powerful filtering function for more comprehensive statistical analyses.
