Our seminars are held in small groups with a maximum of eight participants as face-to-face classes or online as distance learning. We provide you with a basic insight into the philosophy, operation, and functionality of the software. In addition, we also offer individual training courses, which can be held at your premises or online via remote support if desired. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Treesoft CRM Customer Relationship Management

2-day start-up seminar – $800.00 per person

In the Treesoft CRM start-up seminar, you will learn the basic functions for creating an address with different contact persons and communications. We will show you how to use all communication functions such as computer telephony and mailing (e-mail, fax, and letter) and how to create the corresponding history entries. You can then qualify the addresses and contact persons by assigning freely definable qualifications. Using a plug-in, you will learn how to adapt the software to your operational requirements and, for example, create your own main groups/groups for addresses and log entries. The seminar also covers the powerful statistics and filter functions of Treesoft CRM.

Treesoft CRM Customer Relationship Management

2-day expert seminar – $800.00 per person

The Treesoft CRM Expert Seminar focuses on setting up, customizing, and configuring Treesoft CRM and is primarily aimed at individuals who will later be responsible for administering and maintaining Treesoft CRM and managing marketing campaigns. This includes creating and editing mailing configurations, creating your own templates with your company’s CI, and using target group filters for successful campaign management. The seminar also covers the creation of custom filters and supplementary SQL scripts and explains in detail the powerful filter function for more extensive statistical evaluations.
