Treesoft CRM ERP Document Import with Metadata Analysis
When this tool is installed, a printer named “ERP Document Import” is set up, among other things. If the user selects this printer driver, a PDF document is generated during the printing process.
Afterward, a dialog box prompts the user to review or enter the document’s metadata. The user sees a list of all pending projects to which the document address has been assigned. Here, the user can select as many projects as desired. This allows the user to utilize Treesoft CRM project management for the Classic Line, Sage New Classic, or Office Line.
The mailing configuration selected by the user is then processed automatically. The history entry generated during this process is assigned to the address and all selected projects. Any number of attachments can be included in the configuration.
Using the mailing configuration, users can automatically create as many tasks as they like. They can also automatically assign qualifications if desired.
