Sample Calculations and Configuration

The following sample calculations demonstrate the capabilities of Treesoft PDF2XRechnung Converter. They were created using Treesoft invoice templates in LibreOffice Calc and printed to a PDF file with letterhead.

1) To test Treesoft PDF2XInvoice Converter, simply download one of these sample invoices and the configuration file created for the free Treesoft invoice templates below.

2) Then open the sample invoice on your PC in Treesoft PDF2XRechnung Converter. To do this, select Open Invoice from the File menu or use the keyboard shortcut [CTRL]+[O].

3) Using the File > Save Invoice (keyboard shortcut [CTRL]+[S]) or Save Invoice As command, you can then create an invoice in ZUGFeRD format from the PDF invoice at the touch of a button.

4) Treesoft PDF2XRechnung Converter converts the opened PDF invoice into an XRechnung or ZUGFeRD invoice using the stored configuration file. It’s that easy!
